This trip went beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Every day I was at the Port Stephens Wildlife Sanctuary, I learned or experienced something new. Before I went on this trip, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I honestly wouldn’t mind doing this for the rest of my life.
Every single person that I met on the trip has been amazing. The coordinators, the rangers and the other volunteers have all been so kind, funny and helpful. Each ranger I worked with taught me about the animals, whether I was feeding them or cleaning their enclosures. I am so glad to have the new friends I have made on this trip and I will never forget everyone have met these past two weeks.
